Thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Spicy aroma. Starts malty, spicy, some grasy-woody notes. Shy hints of lemon. Mild bitter background. Well balanced finish, spicy-grasy. Interesting beer!

2/4/2018. Bottle from Beer Lovers, Vienna. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of spearmint, mint-tea, light herb and light citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, slight sticky texture, well above average carbonation. Minty finish with a hint of after eight coming through. Not a huge fan.

Refrigerated 0.33 L green bottle from herkkleman poured into a glass. Hazy bright golden with small white head. Aroma is nice herbal, medium body, lower carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is nice herbal (mostly flowers), spice, and a little honey.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, off-white low head. Leaf, cherry flower, toast, sesame, flower honey, apple. Medium body, nice foamy mouthfeel. Sweet wood-honey start, broad aromatics, flowers, hay and toast malt, a hint salt, good dry grassy bitterness. Apple notes in the aftertaste. Super interesting.

Bottle, many thanks herrklemann! Hazy pale golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is cherry blossom indeed, resinous. Taste is resinous, cherry blossom, flowery, pale malts with a touch of sugar icing. Wow, this must be the best of the Waldbier series I've had so far - it's super harmonious, and also hides the alcohol well for 7.2%. A real gem!
