Pint at the brewery - Nearly black pour - creamy texture - a surprising amount of tartness and nearly vinous character - this works surprisingly well with the moderate acidity and roast of the coffee, and back end notes of lightly sweet cherries and chocolate - interesting brew.

Growler thanks to Tom. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is grapefruit and dank. Medium mouth, juicy hop, strong grapefruit, resin finish, decent.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy light Amber with a thick nitro head - I enjoy the base beer a great deal, and his adds a nice coffee presence without overpowering the earthy pumpkin and complex spiciness of the original product - coffee adds a nice roastiness that compliments the earthy, toasty pumpkin - finish has some lingering coffee bean, cinnamon, and nutmeg - tasty.

Tulip at the brewery - interesting combination here - overall, I find it too sweet - the base beer is fairly sweet to start, but the cherry adds even more - ironically, there is also a rather potent tartness at the tail end, along with some earthy cherry skin character - the flavor is decent, but overall the impression is of brined cherries and cherry juice, without much of the base beer coming through - however, as it opens, the spiciness of the yeast shines through a lot more, and the finishes is a lot drier and spicier, with lingering earthy cherry skin that works pretty well with the yeast character - overall, after it opens, it’s aromatic and quite tasty.

Pint at the brewery - black pour with a dark tan head - nose smells a bit like Turkish coffee - strong coffee, spices, moderate sweetness, smoke - creamy texture - medium to full body - vanilla and cinnamon start things off, followed by espresso and mild smoke, light mineral - ends with somewhat high sweetness, but the spiciness and lingering roastiness balance out decently - solid beer.

Pint and the brewery - clear light copper - smells and tastes like effing hop candy - a somewhat higher and more lingering sweetness than some of their other IPAs allows for the white grape fruitiness of the hops to add a potent fruity punch to the overall profile - the hop profile is still heavily bitter and dank as hell, without being overpowering - finish is flowers, rock candy, pepper - hop. Fucking. Candy - damn Station 26, what have I done to deserve having you so close to my house?

Pint at the brewery - great beer to add juniper to - nothing overpowering here - the fresh, vibrant, juicy character of the hops are still center stage against a lean, clean malt backdrop - moderate juniper works well along side the more woody qualities on the hops, adding stronger notes of wood, Rosemary, a touch of smoke, a little fruitiness - just about as good as the regular juicy banger, which says a lot.

Pint at the brewery - medium orange pour - nose is dark bread, rich Munich maltiness, maybe a touch of toasty Vienna?, toffee, mild spiciness - creamy texture - smooth, clean, rich malt texture and flavor (but just the faintest hint of malt huskiness on certain sips) - moderate spiciness through the middle that lingers to the finish - lingering caramelized sugars through the finish - just a faint flaw in the execution, but still cleaner and more authentic than a lot of American examples - a solid o-fest - between this and the Maibock, they’ve proven they can make a solid strong lager - now if only the dortmunder were as good.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy glowing orange - soapy lace - surprisingly dry for the style and abv - nose of all spice, squash earthiness, cinnamon, toasty malt, damp leaves - flavor is medium dry, toasty, earthy - most certainly tastes like autumn - a lot of all spice and cinnamon - moderate bitterness - mildly sweet pumpkin/squash - quite good - throw a little smoked malt in this and it would be the complete package of autumn in a glass.

Pint at the brewery - mostly clear orange - very potent and resinous throughout, but without being overly bitter or abrasive - loads of grass and flowers throughout, but there is also some pine and the lightest hint of garlic that detracts just a tiny bit - very green hop bitterness to finish - good.
