Bottle 500 ml. Opaque dark brown color with sparkling yellowish foam. Aroma: very wine, with esters and higher alcohols, caramel, dried fruits, dark raisins, dried blue greengage, a little plum jam. Taste: powerful, wine, prunes with plum brandy, caramel and sweet, burnt jam.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Opaque dark brown to black color, a slight red hue coming through when held into the light, medium sized beige to light brown head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweetish, dark malts. Others can describe it better but I quite like it. Not bad at all.

Bottle @ benzai. Black colour with a medium sized light brown head. Smells liquorice, sweet, raisins, roasty. Tastes wiebertjes, liquorice, liquoricewood, sweet. Medium body, soft carbo.

Barwa bursztynowa, klarowne, piana biała, średnioobfita, dość trwała, nawet nieźle koronkuje. W aromacie cytrusy, lekkie żywice, owoce tropikalne. W smaku półwytrawne, lekka podbudowa słodowa, nuty cytrusowe, tropikalne. Goryczka niestety poniżej średniej, co prawda przyjemna, ale bardziej jak na APA, wysycenie w normie, treściwość nieco też za niska. Nie jest źle, nie jest przesadnie słodowe, brakuje tylko trochę goryczki. Metaliczności nie wyczułem, chyba ostatnio mam szczęście. W porównaniu z kraftami wypada przeciętnie, dobre piwo dla początkujących.

Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has fine minerally crispness. Light dry malts, trace of caramel. Hops are piney and floral, just a whisper of citrus. Dry finish. It’s fine but there are so very many better IPAs about.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Grand Champion Birofilia 2015 Red Roeselare Ale ].Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sour, fruity, sweet fruit, berry, wood, cherries - red wine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, tobacco, dark malt, sweet malt, oak, dry, light cherry - red wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Puszka 330ml z datą ważności 17.09.2016, temperatura degustacji 12 stopni+, szkło ipa glass. Aromat: jak na styl słabo, aromat chmielowy mało intensywny (tropiki) landrynkowość, przysłonięty przez sóod karmelowy i diacetyl, chwilami nuty cebulowe. O dziwo pierwsze piwo z Cieszyna które nie wykazuje żelaza w aromacie na tak wysokim poziomie jak pozostałe (dopiero na skórze wychodzi). Barwa: bursztyn delikatnie przymglony. Piana: biała, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, średnio trwała, delikatnie zdobi szkło. Smak: słodki, karmelowo-alkoholowy, z delikatną nutą cytrusową, i słabą jak na IIPA goryczką grejpfrutową z dziwnym kwaskowarym finiszem, wysycenie średnie, średnie ciało, mdłe. Największy plus to puszka poza tym piwo słabe w stylu, na ognisko a nie do degustacji.

330 ml. bottle sampled thanks to tderoeck! Dark red cough syrup amber. Nose is sweet oily cough syrup, mild oxidation, plants, mild vinous streak that comes across as being more unintentional than not (despite it being intentional) in its profile. Oily vinous, same strange almost off-profile, with lots of dry leaves, conflicting syrup, lots of odd, leaves, syrupy but also really dries out the mouth in a tannin-like fashion. Very dry, syrupy with mild oxidation. Weird, messy but an interesting go at the style overall. Minor bonus points for trying.
