Thick-set, stable, amberish tinted head over clear amber beer. Honey, amandine, rosewater, oxydized hops (well within BBd). Bitter, earthy, again these aged hops, citruspeel, fall leaves. Quite slick, not very carbonated (all CO² seems knocked out on pouring), at least medium bodied. Bitterness get harsh in the aftertaste. Plethora of all the classic C-hops and then some, but where and how are the purchased... in a plastic bag sent from USA? Txs to Stef!
