Bottle thanks to Cavie! Poured a hazy orange brown with a tan head that lasted and laced nicely. Aroma was mainly bread and sweet grains with a bit of underlying caramel and fruit. Flavor had a nice light note of citrus and fruit that melded nicely with the sweet grains and caramel.

Sampled at the DC Epic Sour Tasting 2010. Pours a clear, caramel amber with one ring of white head. Nose of brett, honey, acid. Flavor is tart, vinegar, honey, big pedio flavor, acetic acid. Heavy mouthfeel, vinegary finish. A touch hot. HUGE vinegar bite makes this tough to drink.

12oz bottle pours out clear gold with loose off white head. The aroma is sweet with a modest level of wheat, some banana, faint floral hops as well as some spicy hops. The taste begins pretty darn smooth with somewhat viscous sweet wheat mixing with some sweet bananas. By midway thin layers of spicy and floral hops interrupt the wheaty – banana like sweetness momentarily. A modest level of banana runs deep into the after taste.
