A crystal-filtered, pale golden pour with a bubbly, rapidly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is a hint of egg white and a tad of lemon. Dry, watery, fizzy mouthfeel. Watery, abrupt finish. Close to water.

Deadication beer to Lehman Engel, Broadway music composer who died on this drinking day in 1982. This lemon beer is more pale ale than 'lemonade' in style and taste, but the fruit is dominant with a very low citrus bitterness about it. Not overly appealing but can stomach this one can. Blonde coloured.
