(Draught at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 26 Apr 2015) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with a touch of wheat, citrus, grass, peaches and vanilla. Fruity taste with notes of lemon, grass, peaches, gentle flavours of yeast and a low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Cask at The Harp, Covent Garden, London. A dark golden coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Fresh, hoppy, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, tropical fruit, citrus, some pine with a bitter finish. Easy drinking APA.

Keg at the Earl of Essex, 14/05/15. Reddish amber topped with a decent crimson swirl. Nose is tarte red berry, cherry skins, wood must, damp hay, acidic notes, funk. Taste comprises tarte raspberry, grape skins, wood must, straw, vanilla essence, red berry balsam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome red, balanced acidity, moderate puckering close, good all round depth and balance.

Keg at Earl of Essex. It pours hazy reddish with a decent off-white head. The nose is earthy, funky, musty, touch of jammy berry and very light lactose. The taste is crisp, light tartness, juicy jammy fruits, berry, plum skin, red fruits, soft, creamy malt, woody and funk with a short, dryish finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not as tart as expected, but nice balance and drinkability.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Dorée, fin blanc. Arôme est suret, fleuri et houblonné noble avec une impression de houblonnage à cru. Brett pour un léger funk rappelant un peu un lambic. Palais est aigrelet, citronné et agrumes, palais moyen restant assez belge dans l’inspiration, grains, râpeux en fin de bouche, note brett avec encore un fini boisé modéré qui offre une impression de lambic par son agencement des grains et sa légère acidité.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Brune foncée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme malté, grillé, brûlé, léger rétro boisé - ajoutant une effluve épicée, houblonné reste plus modéré et un peu léger noble en rétro. Palais offre un profil solide au niveau des malts, plein de caramel, grillé, léger chocolaté avec un fini un peu sec.Amertume perce en retrait et reste dans une inspiration anglaise assez noble. Je n’ai pas spécialement trouvé grand chose dans le boisé, si c’est le cas ici.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Dorée-pâle, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet un peu belge dans la levure, rétro portant plus l’accent IPA avec de belles effluves de houblons nobles, fleuris et citronné tirant sur un caractère plus anglais noble. Palais est malté, pâle, UK assez prononcé, houblonné perce en retrait, fleuri et herbacé avec un petit côté EKG.

Cask @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Dorée, pâle, col blanc minimaliste. Arôme reste assez banale et presque neutre, note un côté ESB houblonné noble et malté anglais. Palais est léger montrant peu en terme d’effervescence quais plate, note de drêche, fini sec sur un ^coté pils et finement fleuri.

[ As Burning Sky Arise ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit, lemon - lemon grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus, lemon grass, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140807]
