Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle tasting. Thanks to Paul. One grumpy looking bubo on the label! Hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy. Mild fine carbonation. Light dry floralness, Mild savoury brett. Little oaky vanilla and white wine. Dry finish. Really nicely joined up.

Bottle shared by Felipe. Tasting bottle #3. Pours clear deep mahogany, approaching black, medium fizzy tan head that dissipates very quickly and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is cocoa, cinnamon, tart oak tannins, a bit of chili pepper. Flavor is light sweet and lightly tart, oaky acetic notes bring some sourness; a bit of basement funk present as well, along with mushroom (!) and lots of tobacco. Light body, high carbonation. Based on the description I would have to say this one is milking along an infection of some sort, but in any case it ain’t nothing to write home about.

750ml bottle pours a hazy gold with some thin, white head. Nose has a lot of hibiscus, peppercorn, ginger, lime... but honestly quite a bit of butyric acid in the form of a vomit like character. Flavor has a lot more butyric acid, real bile character, peppercorn, heavy lime, blood orange. Acetic finish.

Bottle via trade. It pours hazy golden with a thick white head. The nose is soft, doughy, brett, hay, cereal, farmyard, orange juice and Irn Bru. The taste is soft, doughy, earthy brett, citrus peel, soap, orange marmalade, farmyard, stone fruit, funk and straw. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Soft, doughy and very easy going. Tasty.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Paul! Pours cloudy, yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Great aroma, nice tagy peach, lemon, some pale bread, faint herbal accents. Light-medium sweet with zesty lemon, further herbal notes, lemon squash, mild grass, slight farmyard. Medium bodie with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish with ripe lemon, tangerine, pale bread, subtle funky twang, hay. Solid. Tasty stuff.

Pours dark clear mahogany into a tulip. Off-white head with little retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Sour vegetable aromas. Tart with sour leafy greens covered in honey front to back. Nasty lasting sour earth finish. Yuk.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours cloudy, rich gold with a fine, white cream head. Dried green chilies in the aroma with hints of citrus. Light-medium sweet flavor with quick, up-front chili pepper heat, then some doughy bread and hints of brown sugar. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sturdy chili pepper finish with mild yeast and rich, lightly doughy bread, some toasted sugars, hints of cocoa. Pretty decent chili beer. Hot, certainly, but not outrageous. I thought it was good.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Tropical fruit and caramel aromas. Soft with heavy yeast and bread upfront turning to mango and resin in the dry, medium-length sourdough finish.

Burnt redddish orange. 1 finger head fades immediatley. Has a ton of caramel and toffee with brown sugar and maple syrup. Incredibly sweet. Loads of maple, birch wood, and a ton of sugar. tastes like simple syrup with brown sugar and cookie dough. really sweet too intense! Heavy body way too sweet
