Head fades far too quickly. Sweet, simple, notes of cereal, white bread, faint bitter hay, a slight papery note. Relatively low carbonation. Sweet finish. I like kolsch but this is really basic gear.

Can at home picked up from Marks Euston. A super clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is lime zest, pale grains,. crisp. Flavour is composed of light crisp grains, rice, lime zest, pinch of salt, Palate is crisp, highish spritzy carbonation. Drinks pretty good.

0,33 boks fra M&S Muswell Hill: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Lys malt, litt citrus og urter. Grei tørstedrikke ved 25c i hagen her i Methuen Park Road.

330ml can. Clear pink golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of raspberry & apple. Taste is sweet, raspberry, juicy apple, with a slight funky hint and some tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, medium raspberry & apple finish. Quite OK.

Frankly I think that’s outstanding. Exceptional balance, nice malt backbone, little pine, little citrus, just enough bitterness. Wildly drinkable.

Starts well but ends badly. Crazy amount of sediment in here, actual chunks of hop residue, ends up pretty green and chalky, some hoppy throat burn. A shame, this was compelling at the start.
