clear yellow, smooth small white head. mild aroma, yeasty, sweet malts, pretty mellow. flavor is sweet, some kind of herbal grassy note that is quite in the way.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of scrizzz. Pours an almost clear golden with a small white head. Sweet fruity nose with a little citrusy hops. Medium body, dry and fresh fruitiness with a metallic twang. Dry hoppy finish. Not bad but perhaps a little thin to be considered a Barley Wine. 290311

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, spicy, moderate yeasty, fruity, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101122]
