Growlette from in person trade with Roger aka Roguer, thanks man.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy bronzed yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds. Light lacing becomes stringy and slides down.
The smell started off with the orange peel with a doctored light biscuity malt. Light grassy tones permeate nicely.
The taste started off with combined efforts of orange peel, orange, light lemon to be sweet yet semi-bitter. Its somewhat crisp and refreshing as it hits in the aftertaste. There’s a quick citrusy finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation is refined with a decent pounding from the bitterness.
Overall, good session witbier and/or food beer. I’d have again with its respected food.
