Description
Cidermaking is a playground of the pretty and the ugly, the bitter and the sweet: It’s never a one-note song when done well. Our apples reflect the striking, complex terroir of Washington’s apple country — from juicy dessert fruit to biting, spirited cider varieties. Simply put, apples contain contradictions. And it’s when we follow their every wild and quiet possibility, and seek out juxtapositions of flavor, that we find our most delicious end result.

Aromas are apple cider with a little blackberry and maybe a hint of sage. Flavors are similar to nose with balanced sweet tartness. I was wondering how sage would go with blackberries and apple cider. Still wondering.

Aromas are lightly tart apple cider with hint of cranberry. Flavors are similar to nose, dry and a little bitter. Not a lot going on. Drinkable and forgettable.

16 oz can. Aroma shows cranberry and apple. Flavor fallows with a very soft note of cherry. Mildly tart from the cranberry and then mildly sweet from the Apple. Good balance. Real easy to drink.

AKA Semi-Dry
Ingredients: apples, cane sugar

Pounder from Press online. Had a few good ones in the past so I got a variety sixer kinda cheap.
Medium pale, clear, quick soda head.
Menthol, clay, industrial apple juice nose.
Definitely off-dry. Added malic acid. Bubblegum. Light veggie tannins, forced spritz. Industrial. Slight lemon & floral on the finish keeps it from being trash. Prefer the dry.

Okay.

Crispy clear, pale gold, lingering ring of lace.
Creamy, slightly acidic, vanilla, iron nose.
Woody, hard acid, white wine, malic acid, bright, medium-strong tannins. Dry citrus. Still a bit industrial but way better than the semi-dry.
Dry, thin, very forced crispy, dust. Same abv as the semi but no added sugar to ferment.

Refreshing.
