500 ml can. Pale golden color. Slightly funky nose, a bit of nail polish, apple skin. Medium sweet with light tartness and a touch of tannin. Nice balance. Not super interesting but decent.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Seattle, pours a clear very dull, faded copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has light overtones of cinnamon, gentle acidity, and apple core. Flavour has plenty of apple core, a hint of cinnamon, light acidity, and crisp apple skins. Competent but not particularly intriguing.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Seattle, pours a clear dull yellow with almost no head. Aroma doesn’t seem all that dry, with a bit of juicy apples, maybe some apple crumble, not much else. Flavour is much drier than the nose suggested, with light-medium acidity and crisp apple skins. Totally ordinary and unexceptional, but drinkable (why would I drink it though?).

Aromas are apple cider with a little blackberry and maybe a hint of sage. Flavors are similar to nose with balanced sweet tartness. I was wondering how sage would go with blackberries and apple cider. Still wondering.

16 oz can. Aroma shows cranberry and apple. Flavor fallows with a very soft note of cherry. Mildly tart from the cranberry and then mildly sweet from the Apple. Good balance. Real easy to drink.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, apple, vanilla. Pours lightly hazy golden with an immediately collapsing off-white head. Taste is tart and sweet and full of holiday spices and apple.
