Bottle - Hoppy grapefruit on the nose with a bit of sweetness. Clear copper with a thick white head. Very dry with grapefruit and a bit of resin. Well balanced malts. Thick on the tongue. A decent IPA, just not very exciting.

On tap at the Alibi Room for the 400th beer list event, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, fruity esters, and floral notes. Flavour of floral hops, farmhouse yeast and bready malts. Very yeasty and flowery like a meadow. Quite authentic for a BC saison. Great stuff.

On tap at Alibi Room for the 400th beer list event, pours a cloudy orangey amber with a medium white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malts, faint notes of citrus hops, and not really any note of the brett. Flavour brings out medicinal notes, candied dental floss, weird notes from the brett, and astringent hops that don't cut into the sweetness but rather provide an unpleasant bitterness. Failed experiment here.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a murky maroon with a small beige head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some caramel malts, and dry earthy hops. Flavour of Belgian yeast, some candied sugar, caramel malts and subtle dark fruits. Full bodied, full of flavour without much identity. Good stuff.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy orange with a foamy white head with good lacing. Aroma of piney and resinous hops galore, a bit of honey and sufficient caramel malts. Flavour is boldly hoppy, with pungent piney and resinous hops, perfectly balanced with just enough caramel malts. Extremely flavourful and well-balanced. Excellent stuff - had to go back for another glass. One of the best local IPAs available.
