Bottled 500ml. -from Fristo Getränkemarkt Freiburg. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy nose. Malty, grainy, bready, light grassy and moderate bitter finish.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts fine malty, spicy, some wheaty notes as well. Herbal-hoppy background. Shy hints of dried fruits. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. Nice one!

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a small head. Grassy hops, lemon and lemon peel, some metal, biscuity notes. Hoppy bitterness, light grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bittersweet finish. Nice!

Bottle. Clear dark brown/mahagony sporting a small beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel and metal. Taste of malts, dried fruits and caramel with herbal notes and hints of liquorice. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Süffig but fails at meeting the style. It’s a bad stout but would make for an ok Dunkel.

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden with creamy head. Stone fruit, some banana, citrus, some caramel. Mild dry bitterness, malty fruity sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Decent!

Bottle at home, golden beer. small head. Aroma is malty, grain, some fruit. Taste is the sweet, malt, herb, light bitter., some drying mouthfeel and dry aftertaste

Bottle. Slightly cloudy dark gold with a nice white head. Aroma of yeast, grains and malts. Taste follows aroma plus butter and undefined fruits. Distinct bitterness. Low carbonation. Ok but even as a heathen I seriously have to question the alluded connection to christmas.
