bottle, Biedermann-Getränke Donaueschingen. Clear golden yellow, tall and stable white head. Good malty base, a decent and surprisingly intensive hoppy flavour for a Helles, very pleasant with good resiny flavours, almost with a Franconian touch. Delicious, well crafted and not boring at all!

330 ml bottle. Pale clear golden, big fluffy head. Hay, grassy hops, bread, citrus. Dry bitterness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy finish. Good!

Ketterer Bier - Pils, Flasche von Getränkefeinkost, Berlin. - Helles Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase etwas enge, gestreßte Aromen von süßlichem hellen Malz und wenig aromatischer Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk schlank und kräftig grasig-hopfenherb mit bitterer Zitronenschale. Feine Malzsüße, ein wenig Vanille, zart parfümiert. Milder rezent, leicht trocken. Im Abgang beträchtliche aber leicht ruppige Bittere. - Solide aber ziemlich derb gehopftes Pilsener süddeutscher Machart, durchaus trinkbar. (7.5.2020.)

50cl bottle from a trade with Mariusz, thanks. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, straw, pale malt. Taste of mild grainy malt, soft dry grassy hops, easy to drink.

Ketterer Edel, Flasche von Ambrosetti, Berlin. - Goldorange, blank. - In der Nase mild fruchtig-süßes Malz, Karamelbonbon, sehr milder kräuteriger Hopfen. - Antrunk dünn karamelmalzig, bonbonsüß mit ein wenig Orange, schwacher Herbe und zarter ranziger Note. Durchschnittlich rezent, dünn. Im Abgang milde kräuterige und orangenfruchtige Herbe. Harsch-muffiger Nachtrunk. - Beim ersten Schluck entschieden zu limonadenartig, zeigt es zuletzt doch noch etwas Charakter. Dennoch weniger vollmundig und würzig als erhofft. (25.1.2020.)

09.11.2019-- 0.33l flip top bottle from edeka in kehl, bb 21.02.2020. pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a medium head. aroma of chewed pencils, some floral hops. flavour of grass, lemon zest, lemonade, slight wood. zesty finish.

09.11.2019 - 0.5l bottle from edeka in kehl, bb 03.96.2020. pours a cloudy deep brown with a very dense and steady off-white head. aroma of caramel, kvass, not much banana. flavour of caramel, rye bread, dried banana, plum, chestnut. not too sweet. nice.
