Bottle 750ml.Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, malty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121231]

Cloudy amber color, generous head. The aroma is a bit yeasty. Good and soft malt flavor, soft body, with correct bitterness, Some yeast, light orange peel.
Very good cask ale, truly British.

Cloudy golden color. Sweetish fruity aroma. Sweet flavor, good body strength, with low bitterness and plenty of fruits (yellow stone fruits and banana); light alcohol perception in the end. It has much less yeast character than the other beers from the same brewery.
Not bad, but it just reminds me of American attempts as Belgian styles.

Black color, creamy brown head. Moderate aroma of roasted malt, lightly milky. Smooth mouthfeel, balanced flavor of roasted malts and dark chocolate, with a nice milky presence, relatively low bitterness, very good control of the roastiness.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. Hazy bright golden with little white head. Smells of citrus, wheat, light esters and herbs. Sweet wheat, light grains taste, light banana, white bread yeast, touch caramel, flowers, grass, light white pepper in the back. Lightly fizzy. A Belgian eh?
