Subtle hop notes, drinks more as a medium tart mango sour.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a deep dark colored body with infrared hues at the edges and supporting a nice tan head of foam. The aroma offers up chocolate to highly roasted malts and then a mild nutty dark roasted coffee sensation leading to faint winter spices into the end of the draw. The taste delivers chocolate and cinnamon blending into dark roasted coffee and kind of burnt like black patent malts. Nice. It picks up a bit of sweetness to midway to help give the experience more depth and balance. Into the finish the sweetness persists and lingers into the after taste where echoes of highly roasted malts hang on for a while. Fun beer.

Pours very dark brown. Smells of roast malt, chocolate, and clove. The flavor is similar with malty sweetness well balanced by the roastiness and hops. Spices are noticeable but not terribly strong. No pumpkin? Good porter though.

Red berry, biscuit malt, lemon/orange, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head - I don't see any glitter. Lightly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, moderately sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Guess the glitter dissolved.
