Random grab hoping to up the MD ticks. Amber pour some murk and puffy beige head. Nose is malty and bitter orange hops. Tatses of orange peel, malt, dark bread, pine, grapefruit pith. Bitter finish for sure.

Black with a large foamy tan head that left good lacing. Roasty and dryish with cinnamon and cocoa. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Whole lotta nope. Raspberry dominates, with peanut butter and chocolate adding idd candy notes lacking in any sweetness. So not my cup of tea.

Refrigerated 12 oz can poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is wheat esters, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and pineapple.

Perfectly clear deep copper coloured body with some light movement down below, but no real head, as the can seemed to lack pressure after a few weeks (but was more solid when I bought it!). Aroma of light grainy malts, toffee, caramelised sugars with a hint of apricots and peaches here as well, but the malts seem strongest in the nose, with some hops here, too. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich caramelised sugars and light toffee notes show at first with some hop bitterness right behind that's a bit nutty and herbal, all bringing out a kick of the stone fruits and some smoother earthy and rustic malts here, which hit nicely at the end. Aftertaste is crisp, very malt-centric with a good level of both stone fruits and caramel with a rustic quality that also has a lot of bitterness from the hops - nice across the board. Overall, this is a pure older school East Coast (much maltier, grainier) IPA with no signs of anything West Coast at all. Not sure why this seemed to lose carbonation/structure of the can, but good to try - that's it - not worth finding or buying as there are much better options out there! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from The Sperryville Corner Store in Sperryville, Virginia on 09-July-2022 for US$4,69 sampled at my house here in Washington on 22-August-2022.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a cloudy orange-gold color with a small off-white head and fair retention. Almost no lacing. Good peanut butter aroma. Light peanut butter flavor with a light vanilla finish. I don’t taste any chocolate or coffee notes. It's a nice sweet stout, but Sweet Baby Jesus is far superior, so this is kinda disappointing. Thin body for a stout. Medium carbonation, which is above average for stouts. Not bitter.
