Pours near black with a small light tan head. It smells of roast malt, peanuts, and raspberries. The flavor is of roast malt, raspberries, peanuts, and a little chocolate. Medium bodied.

Loads of ripe sweet fruit. Quite sweet, viscous mouthfeel, and oily. Big bready malts, sweet, yeasty, bready sweetness. Pine hoppy finish, medium bitterness, quite boozy. Rough around the edges, would benefit from some age.

Old rating from 2017 - 355ml bottle brought back from NYC. Pours a very dark brown / near black colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of peanuts, chocolate, coffee, caramel & malt. Medium body. Sweet finish

Pours near black with a dense tan head. It smells of roast malt, peanuts, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is of dark roast malt, peanuts, coffee, and chocolate that blends well together. The roasted coffee balances the malty sweetness nicely. Medium bodied. Very good.

Pours near black with a small off white head. It smells of dark roast malt, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate. The flavor has all of the above with the malty sweetness well balanced by hops and lingering roast. Very good.
