Golden-amber, dark. Really rich aroma like macadamia honey. Deep plummy fruit along with Turkish dried apricots ...great balance of richness and acidity. Amazing character.

Amber color, pouring oily. Wow, this has a unique and very strong aroma and flavor of apricots and candied fruits; it’s sweet and syrupy, although some astringency and aciity in the final contributes to the balance.

Bottle - Nice cooked apple and skin. Clear gold. Sweet and nice fruity apple sweetness and a decent finish. Touch of bitterness. Solid.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bronze / orange with no head. Aroma brings out loads of fresh apricots, followed by toffee and caramelized apples. Flavour is huge on the apricots -- surprising that there aren't any in this -- fresh apricots, treacle toffee and baked apple pie. Lots of residual sugar, but never makes it unpalatable. Complex, apricot-dominant and harmonious. Awesome.

Bottle, 5 ml. Pours clear golden amber with a few bubbles on the surface. Clear aroma of apples, with notes of fermentation and very mild hints of spice. Sweetish flavour of frozen apples with dry, vinous notes. Oily texture. Vinous and fruity afteraste. Warming alcohol presence. Very nice. Ideal to conclude my tour of Canada with. :-)

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur jaune très pâle translucide, mousse blanche disparaissant en un éclair. Arôme de pomme fraiche, légère acidité, sucré. Goût de pomme fraiche, un peu sucré, légère acidité, rappel du cidre de glace, alcool très bien camouflé. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.

Blond colour, sweet and acidic, quite rich, the aroma is deep, the flavour is very good but not excellent or complex; the colour tells enough.
Very good overall.

Light amber color, bright. The aroma is very deep: fruits, sourness, apricots. Thick mouthfeel, very sweet, but also with a high degree of acidity; lot of apple and apricot flavor, without the caramel or stewed fruits, a bit astringent in the final.
Excellent liquor.

Bottle - Sweet cooked green apple. Clear gold. Rich cooked Apple, no sharpness, no acidity and a very rich mouthfeel. Very nice.

Thanks to Ajax and Heather for this 4 oz. bottle. Clear yellow color, no head. Aroma is golden apples, pear juice and sugar. Flavor is very sweet and a direct reflection of the aroma. Syrupy and slick texture. Very sweet but completely fantastic.

Small 4 ounce bottle, dark yellow nice legs. Smells insane. Sweet cherry, raspberry, persimmon and pear. Insanely sweet, high residual sugar content, I mostly get granny smith apple, pear, finish of raisins and currants.
