Brown color, no head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, ancho peppers, a bit dusty. Good caramel flavor, with light chocolate, light residual sweetness, and evident but not exaggerated chili flavor, with light hotness/spiciness. Correct bitterness.
Overall, a very good chili beer, balanced, tasty, with some chocolate; one of the best I had.

Black color; creamy and persistent head. The nitro kills the aroma, mild roastiness comes through. The mouthfeel is obviously smooth, it has mild flavor of roasted malt and coffee, and correct bitterness.
Pleasant Stout.

Dark brown color, almost black, with beige head. Light aroma of roasted malts. Good structure, with pleasant flavor of dark chocolate and roasted malts (just a bit too roasty for me), at least not too dry; correct bitterness.
Leaning a bit near Stouts, but quite good.

Muddy pale blond color with creamy head. The aroma is fresh and delicate, a bit breadish. Smooth mouthfeel, with a good body structure; the wheat flavor is quite heavy, with maybe just too much bitterness, some spices, no fruits.
