Can from The Beer Mongers. Pours copper with a yellowish white head. Aroma is somewhat fruity, and there seems to be a tobacco note. Med body. Flavor is rather sharp - really suggests tobacco. fruits seem present. Quite an unusual beer to me. Clearly California Common, but strong unfamiliar flavor set.

Draught at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar (W. Broadway), Vancouver
12oz
Copper color with small head. It has some aroma of caramel and bread crust. The mouthfeel is very dry, with dry caramel flavor and a cereal accent, and light bread; the bitterness is high, quite disturbing in the end; dryness and bitterness combine in a metallic final.
Not very interesting.
