Bomber. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A light nose of biscuit and tangerine. Sweet citrus, big malty backbone, bready at times. Smooth and quite nice. The low ABV surprised me. Drink bigger.

Sample at the brewery taproom. Anagram for "Anchor Steam" (get it?). Pours a clear golden color with a medium fizzy white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of hops and toasted malt. Light to medium body with flavors grassy hops, toasty malt and caramel. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy dark gold with a 3 finger creamy/foamy white head. Aromas of citrus and light stone fruit. Med body. Flavor is moderately roasted malt with a good amount of citrus hop. Comes across more dry than not in the finish - which is reasonably bitter.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color with small creamy head. Nice hoppy aroma, delicate and fresh, with also a light lemony touch. Dry mouthfeel, with some dry malt flavor, limited crispness, good hopping, which is also a bit fruity and lemony; quite strong bitterness.
Refreshing summer beer.

Dark mahogany color, with creamy head. It has a mild aroma of toasted nuts. Smooth mouthfeel, good body strength, strong flavor of dark caramel, with some residual sweetness, and strong bitterness; traces of chocolate and roasted nuts too. They could have extracted more malt flavor; and the yeast gives a dusty impression instead of a classic Belgian spiciness; also, in the final there is some alcohol perception.
Solid but not impressive.

Bomber bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID; listed as "Odin’t Gift: Amber Ale brewed with juniper berries." Pours a beautiful clear ruby red with a medium beige head with good retention. Weak nose consists of faint caramel, bready malt. Taste starts out sweet but turns bitter mid-palate. The juniper berries are noticeable, but unobtrusive (I would rather they be obtrusive!). Creamy mouthfeel and somewhat soft carbonation. Boring.
