(473ml can from a friend) Pours slightly cloudy copper-red with a thick tan head and some lace. Notes of caramelized sugar, brown bread, stewed tree fruits, light toast, some rather prominent banana-esque esters for English-type ale yeast, lightly to moderately sweet and semi-dry on the finish, lightly bitter with some hop notes and a little cereal/toast. Light bodied, below average carbonation. Drinkable red ale.
A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light nutty notes, pleasant.
A dark reddish brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with vanilla, light pumpkin spices, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light roasted character, pleasant. Can from brewery.

A reddish burgundy red ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light beets. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light beets, dry mouth, a nice ipa. On tap at brewery.
A dark brown stout with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. On tap at Le Fermentor Prost Fest.

A hazed purple weisse with a thin lacing light pink head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, herbaceous character, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart berries, light mineral notes and lactic notes. Can from my sister.
