Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and light tropical peach notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical and peach notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full and creamy for style with good carbonation. Interesting tropical NEIPA with nice citrusy features without being overly sweet.

Golden colour with light unfiltered, transparent particles floating around. The white head stays a little while, leaving streaks of lacing and a nice soapy ring around the brew. Citrus, lemony aromas with some mild yeast, spices and herbs. The mouthfeel has that drying, sparkling wine feel. Citrus zest flavours with some nice, fresh yeasty notes and some light spices. Not a big fan of Brut IPAs, but this one is quite well-brewed.

A very slight haze, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some foamy-soapy lacing spots left. West Coast IPA aromas, but milder, with some nice grassiness, piney hints. Some nice spiciness comes out eventually to get the Pils side. Fairly thin in the mouth with a touch of dryness, but not much to cut. The taste is light, but has a nice herbal hoppiness with the Pilsner spicy notes. The aftertaste gets really nice with time. Quite a nice twist of West Coast hops over a spiced up Pils.

Boreale IPA DU NORD EST Nectaron NEIPA 6% It’s a nice hazy gold with thick fluffy foam that leaves soapy looking lacing behind. The aroma is nectarines/peaches. Medium to full bodied with rich hop flavor, nice earthy sweet notes lending depth to the nectarine. Really quite tasty. There was a whole series of single hop versions at the supermarket of this beer.
