From tap at Melkebaren with OSB people after concert at Hotel Residence 15.02.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. Persistent and dense white head and lacing. Aroma and lingering taste of citrus peel, sorrel, lemon grass and lychee. Medium bitterness.

5-3-4-3-9 Can, #1, nine months before bbd. Pours opaque orange, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is caramel malts with bread and smokey notes, as well as toffee. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is caramel malts with bread and toffee, as well as lactose. Strange brew.

Can @ Fermenten. Had it actually for desert after my meal. Murky, reddish amber body with a dense, lacing pink head. Strong aroma of blueberry jam, vanilla and yogurt. Taste like aroma, blueberry, vanilla, yogurt, lactose, and some acidic berries. Fine balance between sweetness and acidity, not sticky, taste like something between blueberry smoothie and blueberry pie with cheese. Surprisingly full bodied and easy quaffable. Not too keen on this style, but it definitively deliver and has a fine balance. The taste of natural blueberries and I actually ended up with blueberry seeds between my teeth after finishing this.

Tap @ Fermenten. Slightly unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Mild aroma of pale malt and some kind of general fruitiness with a floral touch. Taste is smooth, light pale malt, some fruit, yeast (do not recognize the distinct kveik flavor here) and pleasant bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste has a bit more complexity than the first impression. Nice choice together with the cheese and toast.

Tap @ Fermenten. Slightly unclear pink body with a white head. Aroma is mild fruity with a light acidic touch of rhubarb and berries. Taste is refreshing, light fruity, medium acidic (not too annoying lactic acid). Rhubarb, red berries, feels a bit floral. Medium to light bodied with a refreshing aftertaste. Not much malt, berries feels 100% natural. Nice and easy thirst-quencher.
