Bottle from the cidery. Clear, pale golden body with a few bubbles but no head. Aroma is quite weak, some mature pear and hint of sulphide. Taste is light and relatively refreshing, medium fresh fruit, some ripe pear, mature apple and not really able to detect any rhubarb specific. Alcohol is well hidden. Balanced body and decent aftertaste with a light hint of supphide. Not great, but absolutely drinkable, reminds me a bit of old school homemade fruit wine.

Bottle, 75cl. 2020 vintage, 8% ABV. It pours a clear pinkish golden body with a minimalistic carbonation and some rapidly disappearing white bubbles. The aroma is surprisingly neutral, with redcurrant more or less overpowering the little apple scent there is. Some hints of cellar and old oak vat chime in. It's lightly warming, full-bodied and with a very fine and gentle carbonation. Mostly on the dry side, lightly tart-ish, with flavors of redcurrant, apple pie and apple. A touch of something spiced, cinnamon-ish show up in the very end. Wonder how much redcurrant it takes to mask the apple aroma and flavor this thoroughly. Sort of easy drinkable and tasteful, but in small quantities only. 211001

Bottle from the cidery. Unclear golden body without any head. Pear is the dominating part of the aroma, some yeast and hint of something chemical I have found in other ciders from this cidery that might be best described as acetone. Taste has pear, some bitter red berries, almost harsh and the same unpleased chemical flavor. Balanced body and the same aftertaste. Sorry to say that this is probably not the way it was meant to taste.

From bottle at Cardinal with BHK, JFE and IH 10.09.21. Deep ruby. Some white head. Excellent aroma and taste og blueberries, apple peel and sweet cider apples. Good!

Bottle from the cidery. Almost clear, deep red body with a shade of orange under a thin, fast disappearing head. Aroma is mild apple juice with dominating blueberry, can smell both the berries itself and hint of blueberry leaf. Taste is quite sweet and quite juicy like apple juice with blueberries and just a touch of fruity acidity. Medium body and same aftertaste. Drinkable, but feels a bit too sweet and plain juice for me.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet concentrated sour-ish fruity, raspberry candy, raspberry syrup, minerals, alcohol, fruit stones, grass, hay, hints of apple juice. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, raspberry candy, grass, raspberry syrup, minerals, alcohol, soda powder, hints of sour apples. Slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
