Small fizzy shortlasting head, light reddish color with bigger and smaller particles floating around. Aroma is slightly sweet concentrated sour-ish boozy, red berries juice, booze, grass, minerals, bark, hay, berry skin, weeds, apple cores. Taste is sweet sour-ish boozy, concentrated red berries juice, booze, berry skin, bark, grass, apple cores, red berries syrup. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Just don't make it this strong!

Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light orangy color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, dried fruits, thinner, bark, minerals, concentrated apple juice, strawberry, old cellar, alcohol. Taste is sweet boozy, dried fruits, sour red berries, bark, alcohol, concentrated apple juice, grass, strawberry, thinner, old cellar. Sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Next!

Bottle, 75c. A pale yellow colored cider, still and headless. The aroma has lots of sweet apple, almost apple pie, with some grass and alcohol. Some higher alcohol and paint thinner. It's full-bodied and warming on the palate, quite sweet, with some flavors of higher alcohol and a touch of acetone. Apple sweetness and some caramel and apple pie notes. Way too much higher alcohols going on here, but the apple in the back is quite decent. 210717

Bottle, 75cl. A clear pale straw colored cider, still and headless. The aroma is quite unpleasant, with higher alcohols and paint thinner too present, and a pleasant apple scent and some grass hints. It's lightly warming and quite dry on the palate, with quite a lot of higher alcohols in the flavor too. The apple part of the flavor isn't bad though. Green apples, grass hints and some apple cores. Long apple finish with too much higher alcohols. Not much drinkability going on here. 210717

KYGG 230521. Red color with no head. Aroma is raspberries, apple. flavor is raspberries, apple, alcohol, yeast, cellar notes. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy ruby red cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of berries, I probably wouldn't have guessed blueberry if I didn't already know, but it's distinctively berries. Strawberry, hints of raspberry, white sugar, vinegar, alcohol and a hint of caramel or diacetyl, not really sure. It's medium bodied, semi-sweet and lightly warming, with lots of blueberry and blueberry-ish forest notes. White sugar, vinegar hints and some generic berry hints. An interesting one indeed, wouldn't mind skipping the vinegar, and perhaps it's a bit sweet, but quite nice. 210702

Clear, pale red body, almost like a rose wine with practically no head. Aroma is distinct raspberries with hint of yeast. Taste has a fine balance between sweet fruit and acidic red berries. There are also a taste of fruit drops and sour raspberries. Apples are not very dominant in flavor. Medium body and basically the same aftertaste ending with a slightly rancid finish. Interesting cider where the raspberries is dominating without feeling artificial or too intense, fine balance between sweet and sour. Nice as an aperitif.

Bottle. Clear reddish pink body with sediments, practically no head. Aroma has fruit and slightly acidic red berries. Taste is nice and refreshing with a fine combination of sweet fruit and acidic berries. Apples is not particular recognised, more like generic fruit, but the currant is more distinct and makes a fine complement. Fine balanced body as well and same refreshing fruity aftertaste. Nice as a summer refreshment in the garden.

Bottle. Clear golden body with minimal white head. Aroma is a bit unpleasant and feel like something chemical. Taste is not particular nice either, something chemical, sulphide and oxidation. Medium body and same aftertaste. I recognized some of the same off-flavours from the dry version, but this is even stronger here. Something obvious went wrong here, not possible to finish my glass.
