Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, apple juice, booze, apple cores, hay, flowers, minerals, yeast, bark, apple peel, paper, unripe apples. Medium bitterness, harsh boozzy fruity mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Not my cup of coffee.

Vi nærmer oss slutten på arbeidsmøtet og er nå kommet til cider-punktet på kveldens agenda: klar strågylden med kort skum. Epler, litt kanel og muskat. Lav karbonering og høy ff (forfrisknningsfaktor) med diskret krydret ettersmak. 0,75 flaske fra Steinstø fruktgard.

Kumlefjorden Juleølsmaking 2022. Pale golden-yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, sugar, grass, cellar notes. Flavor is apple, sugar, grass, cellar notes, alcohol. Nice cider.
