Can split at L6 Tasting, picked up from HOTM online, 22/03/23. Black with a khaki cap that thins to the edge. Nose is chocolate, dark malts, spice, molasses, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate, roast malts, spice, mellow barrel, light smoke, dark fruit rinds, charr. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Not bad but needs more barrel.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, peat, raisin, berries, biscuity, vanilla, taste is red fruits, sweet, toffee, chocolate, dry peaty finish. Islay overpowers but that's fine with me!

Can thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - deep brown to black, a bit under carbonated. Nose - dark chocolate and an edge of raisin. Taste - dark chocolate and prunes with hazelnuts. Generally fruit and nut bar. Palate - medium to full bodied, creamy sweet middle. Rich and saline smokiness. Overall - great stuff.
