12 fl oz bottle, courtesy of beerbill. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is spiced and slight caramelish. Sweet, spiced and mild herbal cinnamon flavoured. Medium dry and caramelish finish.

pression. ambre, blanche. malt, grains, aspect marzen, pale malt, qcq fruits noirs, baies, ester? fine amertume. Pas mal pour la saison et je la trouve nettement plus onctueuse que ces rivales allemandes.

Pours clear dark golden color with off white head. Pine hop aroma. Flavors of pine and grapefruit with some biscuit malts. Medium body with average carbonation.

Pours clear gold with off white head. The mild aroma has sharp acidic notes and a sense of sweet lagery liquid. The taste begins with spicy hops and a sliver of lemon like acidity and then it rolls toward increasing levels of lagery sugary sweetness. Toward the finish a thin layer of floral hops is noticed. I thought the bright spikes of apparent acidity detracted from the experience.

The corner store, Prospect Heights ($11.00): I guess I am the first one here to have gotten a six-pack of this stuff. In any case, it pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Pumpkin spice aroma. Slightly sweet taste. Quite spicy with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Malty, but not really much. On the light bodied and easy drinking side of things. Minimal hops. I think pumpkin ales should always be imperial pumpkins; the sessionable pumpkin ales are always a disappointment.

The last of my pumpkin/oktoberfest party leftovers. Pours a dark copper coloration with no head or lacing. aroma all pumpkin spice. tastes of pumpkn, caramel malt, vegetable, nutmeg and cinnamon. decent carbonation and mouthfeel. aiight

Pours gold with virtually no head. The mild aroma has a touch of malt and sugary blueberry extract. The taste is malts, grains and some blueberry. There’s nothing wrong here just blueberry extract and sugary sweet malts. Basically too sweet after a couple of ounces.

bottle thanks to beerbill, pours light orange/gold with a medium white head. Aroma is very nutty with crisp citrus hop notes. Flavor is very sweet, grassy and mildly bitter. Nice and clean beer with tons of drinkability.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours amber gold with a foamy 3 finger almost white head. Aroma is resin/floral. Medium body; foamy carbonation. Flavor is light roast malt and mostly floral hop. Might be a touch of resin. Don’t get citrus. Finishes generously hoppy. This is so close to Imperial - they should go the extra steps. Very nice ale.
