Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #14: Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished off white head. Citric to acidic light fruity aroma. Light orange fruity flavour, sweet caramel malt. Light spiced and with notes of Belgian yeast. Nice sweet and light yeasty lingering finish.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy light amber color; creamy thick head. Very nice aroma, delicate honey, hop, slightly herbal; the aroma is the best feature in this beer. Medium body structure, getting weaker at the end (quite common when fermenting honey); there is some sugar, malt taste and some toffee; quite bold late bitterness, with traces of yeast and herbs. Very good.

bevuta alla spina buona schiuma persistente bel color rossastro brillante aroma alcolici luppoli aromatici zucchero candito in bocca prepotente la nota alcolica ben presente il lupplo retrogusto diolciastro lo zucchero residuop si sente ma rimane comunque non molto corposa

Medium white head. Hazy orangey yellow body. Soft metallic hoppy barnyard aroma. Dry metallic barnyard soft hoppy taste with acidic notes, quite powerful. Grapefruit notes. Earthy metallic grainy hoppy aftertaste. Challenging, but nice. (0.75l bottle at Isola della Birra, Milan.)

color arancio buona schiuma piuttosto persistente sentori di lupplo e fiori in bocca leggera tendente all’amaro note di fiori lievemente ossidata forse riassaggiata in bottiglia esalta più la frutta che in effetti è aggiunta in maggiori quantità
