0.33l bottle from Brauliebe Hirz, shared almost two months later with Hrabren and Ogi in Zagreb. Bit dull golden body, fleeting white head. Sugaty honeyish vanilla-coconut barrel notes, light caramelly maltiness, low esters. Hoooh. Light taste, elegant, a little bit of classic Hirz esters, peachy somewhat, and a solid oaky-rummish smooth coconut-vanilla profile, borderline creamy, but not going into stale. Well hidden 8.5% alcohol too. Good little experiment.

0.33l bottle from Brauliebe Hirz. Somewhat hazy full golden body, off-white thick head. Floral, smooth aroma, some banana and vague stone fruit, bit of good maltiness. Smooth, light taste, floral, citric, mild yeastiness, sweetish, some Cedevita candy vibes, even trace of alcohol perhaps, herbal notes by the finish, mildly bitter. The hop profile is quite nice really now.

33cl bottle from Brauliebe Hirz. Hazy brown body, off-white. Cellary apple cider profile like the last two today, a bit maltier though, the rye showing up a little bit. Lean, dry taste, creamy, bit floral, low esters, rye malt notes, very low spice, light light herbal hoppy touches. Not great, but solid enough I guess.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Aroma is malt, rye and red apple. Flavour is sweet, grainy, fruity, some cooked apple and candy, also some spicy malts and toast for the balance. Finishes quite sweet. Minimal bitterness, coming mostly from the toasty malts.

0.33l bottle from Brauliebe Hirz. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Corky-cellary apple cider aroma, light butter. Lean, dry taste, apple juice and cellary butter, juicy tartness. What.... Lower carbonation. Sadly, not great, the least attractive of the lot, the fermentation profile / maybe the yeast not having performed well.

0.5l bottle from the Brauliebe Hirz store by the brewery! Opened with a ginormous pop but didn't gush. Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. In general crystal clear dark amber with an off-white head, unless you pour the yeast in - we did both. Huge apple juice/cider aroma, remarkably so, lightly cellary, vague banana and stone fruit. The taste continues with the apple cider undertones, but there's some creamy wheaty / emmery I guess maltiness and floral notes. Smooth, flat, sweetish, but ending bit abruptly dry. Maybe lightest of traces of oxidation. Unusual, but tasty in a weird way - kinda what I want from an atypical beer of this kind.
