Description
Bridgehouse Brewery is a 15bl brewery that is located in our purpose built brewhouse in the grounds of our flagship pub The Airedale Heifer at Sandbeds Keighley .
in March 2010 Bridgehouse Brewery purchased the kit of the closed Ryburn Brewery and commenced brewing in Keighley and very soon moved up the Worth valley to Oxenhope. In May 2014, Bridgehouse and Old Bear merged and the brewery moved to the Old Bear site in Aireworth Road. A new brewhouse was then built behind the Airedale Heifer pub at Sandbeds, between Keighley and Bingley, and the brewing is now done there. To this day Bridgehouse Brewery still use open top fermenters and traditional brewing menthods.

Cask @ Airedale Heifer, Keighley. Straw coloured with a thin head. The tequila influence is apparent with a very light taste of it, and the ale has a spirit-like sweetness running through it. It’s at its most hoppy in its nose.

Manchester Beer Festival 2015. Black with a small head. Fairly strong tasting but with plenty of cherry evident - certainly in its nose. Not too much chocolate here though.
