Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Reddish-pink orange colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of plum, fruit pastels, jelly, berries. Taste is sweet, floral, perfumey berries, plum, musk sticks, sloes, with some marizpan hints and alittle acidic apple. Syrupy mouthfeel, medum bodied, low carbonation, sweet flowery berry finish. OK, abit sweet for me

Sample at GBBF Winter. Rosé colored pour, still. Light plum aroma. Taste also brings subtle plum notes, fruity, enough to mask the apple. Sticky.

Draught at Charters, Peterborough. Very light yellow, straw really, a bit cloudy. Freshly cut pear aroma, very little chilli here. However with the taste the chilli really cones alive. Almost overpowers but then dies down a little. Light body with no carbonation. More fresh owar notes once the chilli subsides. Love this, but absolutely not for the fainthearted.

Handpull at the Old Horse, Leicester. Midnight straw and clear with no head. Boozy, sweaty aroma with nary a pear to be found. Tastes rough at first but there's a wonderful boozy pear note in the finish. Flat body and thin for the ABV with no carbonation. It's a dirty strong perry. Love it.
