10/6/2022. From BIAB at the 17th Braintree Real Ale Festival. Pours hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, funky, stewed apple, horse blanket, sugars, flowers. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, some tangy tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Slightly dry, sweet finish. Good.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey copper colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of juicy apple, alittle woody funk. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, woody, plummy notes, and vanilla hint, drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Biab at the front Falmouth. A light hazed bright orange gold coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet and tart, spicy vinegar, bark. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, apple juice, brown sugars z light spice finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, sticky apple juice, mellow carbonation. Ok.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, bruised apple, light spice, brown sugars. Decent. Palate is mellow carbonation light spice.
