Gravity cask at Bedford Beer Festival. Medium to dark gold. Clear with perfect natural carbonation. Aroma consists of malt and straw, with a bit of orange peel and candy sugar. Nice bittersweet taste. Simple but it grows on you. Bitter finish. Mouthfeel strengthened by out-of-this-world carbonation (from a cask).
