Dark color with a thick beige head. Roasted aroma with a fine intensity. Pleasant fruity flavor with some roasted and coffee notes. A bit flat. It would have been very nice at 5% and a bit higher carbonation.

Cask @ Seven Stars, Manchester. Darker amber coloured with a creamy head. Its hop is evident and has a surprisingly heavy influence on its texture for the relatively weak strength of this ale. Quite dry tasting, there’s a light malty bitterness in taste.
