Description
Founded back in the Summer of 2013, Beer52 was inspired by a motorcycle road trip that our founder, James Brown, took with his Dad. Stopping at breweries in Belgium along the way, he found his love of craft beer. He set out to visit a new country every month in search of the best beers, his friend Fraser jumped on board for the ride and since then Beer52 has become the world's most popular beer club.
Beer52 didn't become the UK's most popular craft beer club for nothing - we got to where we are by giving beer drinkers the best damn beers on the planet. Our resident beer experts have visited breweries all around the world, in the search of the most interesting brews they can find. We deliver a carefully curated case of these craft beers from our favourite microbreweries every month.

From a freebie 8 pack. Citrus and pine aroma Bright amber. Lively bubbles giving rise to a towering foamy white head. Light bitter. Minimal overly polite hops. Weak citrus. Slightly more intense into the finish. Light and watery. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. The aroma promised more but it's a let down. Underpowered Session IPA. But, yeah, perfectly sessionable.

In a freebie 8 pack from Beer52. At first it has a creamy mocha aroma, before dark berries come through. Dark and glossy. Thick and creamy beige head. Bitter with a sour edge. Tart berries and coffee. Develops a craziness into the finish. But the tartness remains. Medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long if low key finish, with an astringent element. Decent porter. Could do with less of the tartness.

33cl bottle from Beer52. A slightly hazy, very pale amber pour with a tight white head; floral aroma with a touch of spice; sweet floral taste with some bitter herbs and a lightly spiced finish. Pleasant enough, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Taste comprises orange pith, fresh grass, grapefruit, melon, light floral notes, toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough clean and easy drinking DIPA.
