Bottled. A yellow cider with a bit of head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, and apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, vinegar, apples, and brett, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, crisp apples and light leathery. Dry apples, light citric and leathery. Dry and almost herbal finish.

Bottle @ yespr tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, sulphur and wood. Quite dry, medium carbonated and medium bodied.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear yellow with a tiny white head. Heavy tannins and sulphur in the nose. Medium body, an initial apple sweetness, tannins and Brett leaving a dry and sulphurous finish. 230212

Bottle, 5.5% - drunk chilled. Cloudy yellow colour. Apple core aroma. The flavour is spicy and sweet and also astringent. Good combination of spices, and I am sure a lot better than gløgg or Glühwein heated.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours unclear, pinkish golden and with some bubbles on top. The aroma has a nice blend of cardamom, other spices and sweet apples. Rather sugary in the mouth, with cardamom spicyness and apples. Medium body, surprisingly warming to be 5.5%. Spiced, sweet, apple finish. A nice surprise, would be interesting to taste it heated too. 120218
