Had this Sunday 1st March 2026 at Copper Beech brewery and taproom, Worcester, in the company of Mum, Scott, Mandy, Keith and Oscar. I turned up to surprise Mum and it worked, she thought that I was still in Germany. Pours murky dirty yellow with a small white head. The aroma is a nice combination of both citrus and tropical fruit citrus just winning with a little lemon, grapefruit and sweet orange, cannot be exact on the tropical elements but they're there. Taste following a similar trajectory, solid stuff, a little resinous, nice bittersweet touch, juicy but actually this appears to blend elements of both NEIPA and a West Coast IPA. Really good. Score 7.8

Had this Sunday 1st March 2026 in the company of brother Scott waiting for Mum to arrive. Pours gold with a light haze, slim white head. A little bitterness, streaky citrus, a touch of pine. A solid West Coast, I get the touches of caramel and it's a bit pithy but would like to see the dial turned up a bit elsewhere. Good 7.3

Keg at Heidrun, HWY, 27/12/2025.
Clear golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is toasted grains, herb, yeast esters, bubblegum, straw, lemon rind.
Taste comprises grass, hedgerow, subtle yeast, straw, grains, tangy fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad although blind tasting this I'd have put it in the Belgian Pale camp and not sure I'd have chose Wit!

Pigs Ear 2025. Gravity. Quite dry and ashy. Bitter cocoa, scorched earth. Woody dryness. Tobacco. Toothy. Nice.
