Description
To create new and unique beer styles that challenge people's perception of beer. In short: to create true Craft Beers.

The Brew By Numbers range features a handy naming convention, where the first number refers to the beer's style and the second number refers to the beer's recipe.

Initially a small scale brewer who first brewed in October 2012 based on Southwark Bridge Road, London. Moved to their current location, where a 10BBL plant is used, in June 2013.

Moved to a much larger site in Greenwich in 2021 running down the Bermondsey operation and closing it within a couple of years.

Small can. A hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation coming through late on. Slightly thin malts but a nice light creamy sweetness. The 10 hops bring a light smooth pine and a very light hop spice. Nice fruity hop melange. Reckon there is Mosaic in here, candy fruits and a whisper of blueberry, Citra of course, couple of Kiwi hops for a vague limey tint. Trace of grapefruit. More candy fruits and a crisper pine on the semi dry finish. Nice job, light and drinkable with plenty going on.
