Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear, medium amber. Medium-sized, beige head, modest retention. Some lactic/milky character with bright, almost tart yarrow and juicy-peppery elderflower. Some tea, even, with substantial malt to easily balance. Caramelly-minty-tea. Not bitter, but not too sweet. Licorice and tea throughout. Hints of bright yarrow on the edges. Very soft and malty, good attenuation. Appreciate the lack of astringent bitterness, though I'm used to it in this style. Very approachable.

16 ounce can. Brassy gold color. Large, frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Biscuity malt aroma hints at spicy noble hops. Flavor upfront is tangy and spicy. Soft, bready malt leads to spicy, herbal hops. Hints of citrus peel, cut grass and light minerality.

Can on MV. Picked up from the Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury. Pours clear gold with a small, teeny white topping. Light sweet flavour with great pale biscuit character, fresh cereal, mild bitter grass and straw, low yeast expression. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, just enough bitterness, fresh biscuits and crunchy cereal. Great stuff.

Brewery draught 2/1/23. Pale-bronze-lime. Off-white head is small, showing low retention. Moderate lactic presence with light belgian esters (fruity) and a bit of pepper and biscuit. Seems appropriately malty with biscuit moving towards honey. Not really oaky in the nose with less herbal character, or at least less distinct. Pretty nicely homogenized. Clean. Soft and malty, good lactic presence with light tannin and spice. Some floral notes, honey, biscuit. Lots going on here and nicely done.

Brewery draught, 2/1/23. Mostly clear, brass-golden. Small, off-white head showing moderate-to-low retention. Juicy, tart, acidic and sweet all represented in the herb/spice blend. Malts show white bread, biscuit and light honey and balance pretty nicely. Soft, malty, good attenuation with tons of random floral, peppery and earthy spice. Lots of earthiness on the finish with more lavender-like floral notes. Lingering honey and biscuit, as well.
