Can to mug.
Appearance: soft golden yellow color with some transparency and a two finger white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: crisp floral hops, sweet biscuity malts, super subtle earthy vibes
Flavor: the semi-sweet and floral character is well blended and leads to a sly aftertaste of biscuity maltiness
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable; crisp and smooth along my tongue; finishes clean, crisp and malty
Overall: a nicely done Festbier I would love to have again!

Can to mug.
Appearance: dark copper to auburn color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: rich sweet smoked malts with some scents of white bread and a light earthy hoppiness underneath
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas very nicely for a sweet and savory appeal then a light earthy hopped to smokiness in the aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, pretty sessionable, fairly smooth along my tongue; finishes with a crisp smoky maltiness
Overall: lovely beer, it's too bad Collaborative closed or perhaps Black Flannel could do this one with them again for a vintage year perhaps.

Can to thistle.
Appearance: dark maroon close to brown in color with a four finger eggshell white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and allow a good amount of lace.
Aroma: deep roasted nuts, sweet toast, molasses, plenty of caramel, and a very nice herbal to earthy hop tone underneath
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas fairly sweet adding in a balance of bitterness from the hops; super mild aftertaste of the nuts and herbal/earthy hops
Texture: medium to full bodied, somewhat a sipper; extremely smooth along my tongue; finishes very rich, nutty and sweet
Overall: a very nicely done Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy I would very much love to have again. Did I hear they barrel aged this? Now that's one I gotta find!

Can to snifter.
Appearance: bronzed amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head, once it dissipated, quickly dissolving lace disappeared
Aroma: white chocolatey character, some roastiness, vanilla, sly coffee tones
Flavor: previously mentioned aromas wrap up sweet and roasty, subtle chocolatey and coffee aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper, smooth chocolatey/coffee/vanilla finish
Overall: white/blonde stout? Hmmm, well, the brewer does call it an imperial white/blonde stout, though I believe a possible new style was created with this - "amber stout." Maybe not a "thing" yet but eventually I bet that will happen.

Flavor: sweet mostly throughout, some roastiness rides in for balance, mild sweet chocolate and roasty aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, between being a sipper and being sessionable, chocolatey and semi-roasty finish
Overall: it's like a cross between an oatmeal stout and a pastry stout, it's one I would return to.
