4 oz draft. Aroma is Brett, old wood, and acid. Flavor is the aroma. Moderate amounts of tartness. (As it should be) It is another well made brew from this brewery.

4 oz draft. This is straightforward for style. Wet dog, lactic acid, wheat. Body is on the light side. Tart finish. Lemons , lactic wheat, balanced with light tartness. Good for the style.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Brett is there, quite fruity, some walnut skin, lots of intense black and white pepper. Very fruity lactic character and similar chewy wheat to the base. Cherries, almost an oak character which is odd. Tart lactic notes, very fruity and great dryness with chewy wheat. Lingering cherry and raspberry with intense, juicy, mellow lactic acid.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear, bright, polished brass. Big, frothy, well-retained, white head. Fruity, lactic, touch of powdered sugar. Wheat and bread dough. Juicy fruitiness is lovely. Tart, not too much so. Chewy, rustic, grainy wheat and lingering lactic character. Love the tart, juiciness lingering. Excellent wheat suppleness.

8 oz draft. Light copper color. Aroma is tea leaves, yarrow heavy. The flavor is not astringent or overly sour. Very interesting and it is a gruit!!

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear, pale, white gold. Frothy, white head, to spotty cover. Salty, but fairly subtle smoke. Nutty wheat, maybe not as much acidity or lager yeast as I'd like. But clean, with pepper and dough. Light, clean, doughy, malty and drying out heavily. Not very crisp or lactic at all. Smoke is old, salty, subtle. Not the best execution but at least no glaring flaws.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Dark, clear, tan head, low retention. Very roasty with excellent sweet chocolate chip cookie character. Clean and inviting. Soft, rich, easygoing with excellent malt depth, cookies, raisins, chocolate and lingering malt/acidity balance. The acidity, yet not over-roasted acidity, steals the show, balancing the soft, rich choco-caramel.

4 oz draft. Deep brown color. Aroma and flavor are rich malt characteristics. Earthy, toffee, caramel. Medium in body with a lightly sweet finish.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear medium amber. Small, beige head, moderate retention. Dry toffee and biscuits. Golden raisins and a hint of phenolic acidity to balance the malt. Candied fruits mixed with brown sugar and hints of rum. Malty up front though drying out considerably and finishing, perhaps, a bit overly lighter-bodied than I'd prefer. But no booze or aggressive qualities. Very by the books, polished example.
