Can. Almost black with a 2cm light tan head. Gentle aroma is creamy and roasty with mild spices, a little caramel-studded biscuit.Sweetish with firmish roast and a fair bit of rye spiciness before a low bitter finish. Pretty good, if no Mr. Obadiah.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Poured a clear light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, juicy citrus, light floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. Very cloudy orange with a cm of white head. Gentle aroma of pineapple, peach and crackers. Lightish bodied - maybe the haze is adding a bit or perhaps that's suggestion. Fruity with a little citrus edge as well before a barely bitter finish. Not a very lager-like palate but it's pretty refreshing and a decent drop for 3.5%.

From a 375 can on 11/2/2023. Pours a clear light golden with a smallish head. Has a light grassy aroma with a touch of citrus. There also cirus and grass or the sip with some tropical notes in the mix. Has a moderate, slightly dry bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. It won't change your life but it's a decent little pale.

Pint on tap at Pumphouse, Darling Harbour. Pours a clear pale amber with a thin white head. High fine carbonation. There's a distant whiff of lime/lemon. Patchy lacing. Smooth texture, lovely malt background. Finish has more lemon and lime, there's even a hint of salt. This is the best 'Mexican-style beer' I've ever had (not a very high bar I admit).
