Best from brewery I had. And I like Them normally. 75cl Shared by SirA. Pours hazy deep Golden orange with a White head. Massive funk, Wood , barnyard and lovely peach and apricot. Balanced - mild tartness and Dry finish. We quaffed it quickly. Dope. 4.3.
Tart and funky fruity with notes of grape, grape must, medium body and acidity, tart grape infused lingering finish.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to Cloin for the bottle. A light haze on this paleish watermelon colour beer. Small pale apricot colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry but pleasing grape must, a nice muscat sweetness. A touch of okay pink port. Light and semi dry finish. Dry but nicely grapey.

Nicely rounded, fairly acetic, some citric bite, low funk, sun-kissed pale wood. Tart finish. A little dried apple.

The nose shows intense notes of barnyard with hints of brett.
The palate is extremely carbonated and light bodied with moderate acetic edge. Moderately tart with moderate flavors of barnyard and light but noticeable savory notes of bacon.

From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Nicely funky and oaky, citrus, some lemon, funk. Mild to medium sour with a light acidity. Hint of sweetness. Balance, funk. It all comes together in this brilliant beer.

From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Dry and bitter with grain, straw, touch of funk, light fruity. No sweetness whatsoever, bone dry finish. Brewer described this as the most beery beer on the menu at the festival, I can only agree.
