Draft - Citrus and a touch of perfume and Carmel. Clear copper gold with a decent white head. Light perfumy sweetness with some tropical fruit and a light bitterness. Very easy drinking, but not very aggressive.

Draft - Sweet and light tart Passionfruit. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Sweet passionfruit and light wheat notes. Touch of tartness in the finish, but focussing on the sweet passionfruit. Nice.

355ml on tap. Pours hazy yellow with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is passion fruit, wheat. Taste is sour, passion fruit.

355ml on tap at LIVINcollective in Nha Trang. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, malt, faint jasmine. Taste is quite watery and not especially bitter, citrus, malt.

Pour at Shelton Brothers. Saison yeast nose with good esters. Clean, with some good wheat flavors on the palate. Some sweetness, but a dry finish. Decent saison.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice mix of passion fruit, light malt, fruity esters, light mineral notes. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of passion fruit, light acidity, light mineral notes, refreshing and surprising... My first vietnamese micro... On tap at Tap Ale Project.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is lager malt, some spice, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a sweet malt, light vanilla, light floral hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a hazy medium reddish amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is fruity mulberry I presume. The flavour is grainy mineral very light sour and some bitter notes. The palate is smooth, dry, light fruit with a light watery finish. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a hazy dark pink colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is fruity, light biscuit yeast, some spice. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a smooth, crisp, refreshing, fruit palate and a light sweet, salty finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter with a hoppy, light spice, fruity palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
