Description
We were born in 2004 on the seashore of Rome thanks to the love (and passion) for beer made with artisanal methods of our founders, Elio Miceli and Massimo Salvatori, who produced raw beer without any treatment at their Brew Pub located in Ostia on the Roman coast, right in front of the sea.

Then in 2005 thanks to the skills achieved, the experience gained, but above all thanks to the meeting with the master brewer Ioan Bratuleanu, we began to broaden our range of action by increasing and diversifying production. The great demand of our beers led us in 2010 to the opening of our plant in Fiumicino, a few kilometers from Ostia, effectively inserting us into the market of producers of craft beers with our brands Birradamare and Birra Roma.

In July 2017 Birradamare became part of the international Molson Coors group.

Deep blond color with creamy head. Light aroma of cereals, apparently sweet. Round mouthfeel, good body; it has a quite good flavor of malt, traces of cereals, moderate sweetness, correct bitterness.
Not the most emotional Bock, but quite good.

Bottle at home. Has a golden amber colour with a off-white creamy medium head. Sweet and smokey aroma with sweet malt, some fruit and rye bread. The flavour falls a bit through and is more faint than expected. Still some smoke and sweet malt but thats it. The mouth feel is though smooth and round, and has a very light bitterness. The aroma was nice but the flavour did disappoint. This must be one of the most easy-drinking smoked beers.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange colour with a off-white creamy medium head. Aroma of hay, pale malt, some apricot and nice spices. The flavour is more fruity with fruity hops, some lemon and still a good dose of spices. Feels slightly sour. Has a silky mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A nice spicy pilsener.

Dark amber to brown color, hazy, with small sized head. The aroma is very mild, with some caramel, sugar, light vegetables. The body is quite round, with caramel flavor, evident lager yeast, and traces of vegetables and grass; moderate residual sweetness and rather low bitterness.
Easy but pleasant.

330 ml bottle. Hazy reddish amber body with an off-white head. Aroma has malt, fruit and slightly acidic berries. Flavour is sweetish malt, fruity and light acidity. Moderate bitterness. Medium body and quite light in aftertaste. A bit unusually, but has a smooth complexity and I enjoyed it quite much.
