I'm assuming this is the same perry sold as Wicked Grove Pearsecco (same location, both brands made there, I can't any info that seems to distinguish them). Can from Aldi. This is a nice semi-dry perry, light straw color, pleasing natural pear/apply flavors, semi-tart. Drinkable and refreshing.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours perry color with a foamy white head. Aroma seems pear, sweet pear, but has a cider note. Med body or nearly. It starts dry but gets a touch of sugar in the finish. Flavor is mostly pear, but there's some tartness, and it pretty much suggests appleskins. I'm thinking it's a blend. I could be wrong.

Sampled from a can this cider poured a pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was dry and musty with some apple flesh. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with an apple juice presence. Medium length finish. Thin body.

750 mL bottle from Trader Joe's Glendale, 1/28/19. Clear gold, thin fizzy white head, good retention. Aroma of tart tannic apples, oak, honey, sweet apple. Taste is bourbon, honey, vanilla, apple. Medium bodied. Nice.

Crystal clear, perfectly clear golden coloured body with the thinnest pure white head that fades immediately to nothing. Aroma of horribly strong and incredibly fake maple syrup - Aunt Jemima is much better than this with a lot of vanilla, creamsicle, lactose, grain and funk right behind - this is not how you'd want anything to smell, especially anything with alcohol in it. Light-bodied; Grainy and super funky flavour of that ridiculously fake maple syrup flavours that give Aunt Jemima a bad name - this is god awful and the fake sweetness and especially fake maple flavours are not doing this any justice. Aftertaste shows more of a dry and grassy profile, but the funk, grain, rice and especially lactose and creamy notes are there without any depth or pungency, especially since this is so one-dimensional. Overall, probably one of the worst, if not the worst cider I've ever had, and while it's slightly surprising, it's really not - this is horrible. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle pulled from the Office Christmas Liqour Exchange on 17-December-2018, sampled at my house here in Washington on 16-February-2019.

12 oz. can. Pours a clear, very pale straw yellow color with a negligible white head and poor retention. No lacing. Apple juice aroma. Mostly tart apple flavor with limited sweetness and with just a hint of apple pie spices. Dry finish. Nice blend of flavors, but a little dryer than I prefer. Quenching.

750 c&c from Trader Joe's in Davis, CA. Pours bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma of more bourbon than apple. Approaching med body. Flavor is more apple than bourbon. There's some skin astringency, and a touch of lightly musty wood. Barrels must not have been very fresh, but it's a nice touch. Think I'll finish it.

Sampled from a can this cider poured a pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with apple juice and a hint of cucumber. The flavor was sweet with sugar, mint, faint apple and cucumber. Medium length mint and apple finish. Medium body.
